As a Microsoft employee, I could schedule for free CKA and CKAD exams. But when I try to purchase one, it’s asked me payment information. Could you help me please ?

Would training discounts be automatically applied to user accounts from an organization, or would they have to use a code or voucher?

Hi everyone, I have a problem when trying to schedule the CKA exam. When I enter my portal and try to schedule the exam, the window appears empty, without any options. It’s worth mentioning that I have already made the payment to only take the certification
