I am unable to set up a schedule for the CKAD exam

I don’t think this is appropriate for this topic, though. I am here to ask you to respond.

I need to set up a schedule to take the CKAD exam. I am unable to do so on the exam scheduling screen.

I will lose my eligibility to take the exam on 11/1/2024. Therefore, we would like to have this issue addressed as soon as possible.

We have issued a request on the LF Education Customer Support Portal regarding this matter.

Cause for this situation.
I took the CKAD test on 10/27/2024. I could not take the test with my Japanese driver’s license because I could not identify myself.
Ticket number #4520009 was paid out for this matter.
