CKA and CKS vouchers

I purchased a CKA and CKS exam bundle some time ago, I can see that when I log into my Linux Foundation account. At one point I scheduled my CKA exam for March this year. But now I cannot see the page where it states this or indeed how to start the exam when the date comes around. I also need to schedule the CKS exam.
Please tell me how to navigate to the page to see my booked exams/book additional exams and how to open the exam on the date that it is scheduled.
