How to find CLA Manager for your org?

I just signed up to LFX. One of the repo is asking to sign CLA. How do I figure out who is CLA Manager? Can I get the email id or something?

From what I know, you can not get the email address for the CLA Manager but you should be able to get their name.

Are you trying to sign a corporate or individual CLA?
