Submitting Non-Conference speaking experience

I think we should allow individuals to post content from non-conference events as well.
Good categories could be:

  1. Webinar Videos or presentations
  2. Meetup Videos or Presentations

I agree @Shubhra Shubhra, I think people would appreciate being able to do that. Is this a feature we can add before May?
