Organization not showing up when I add new committee members

When I add a new committee member in PCC, I type in the organization but when I save it, the organization does not show up. Any ideas what is going on?

Hi @Kendall_Perez - there is currently a limitation in our data model – all user information shown is basically whatever is set by the user in their LFID. If the user doesn’t exist yet, the info you provide is used for their account. If they do exist, the info you provided is ignored in favor of the existing profile. In this case, the user already exists, and in their profile, they are set as an individual contributor (no company).
