KCNA Exam schedule issue

Hello
First, I am sorry for writing it here, I understand that this may not belong here.
I have purchased the exam and tried to schedule it on the 20th October 2024. It seems like it did not work as intended because I get empty “exam” interface in my browser (please see the screenshot attached).


Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

My issue id is - TCCS-118034
I have described the issue I am facing inside the support ticket in detail.
Can someone please check it out?
