My exam was scheduled for today, I have logged in on the portal for the check-in, and an issue happened, after troubleshooting it was due a software democreator installed on my computer. The PSI support asked to close the session and uninstall the software and restart the exam. I did that but when want to restart the exam I am getting an error
“You are not allowed to launch this test as the launch time has expired”
I could not take the exam.
What should I do ?
