Leverage 'thelinuxfoundation' user for installing the LFX Security bot

Hi! Right now to enable LFX Security for a given project’s GitHub organization, the user must be an owner on the repository. It would be helpful if instead the ‘thelinuxfoundation’ user could be used here instead, as it requires PMO to have owner accounts on each GH org.
