The curriculum I purchased is no longer reported as available on my Profile page

I purchased the LFSA 201 course curriculum last Tuesday and found it is no longer available in my Individual Dashboard today, either as an accessible curriculum or a purchase record. My course was paid for by a third party. I’d like to know if a refund was made to that party without my knowledge and they are not likely to respond to direct questioning in the immediate future. Is there an administrator I can contact to address this matter? Thanky…

Hello @Burtrand_AF_Paulie - Sorry to hear that the course is not showing up in your dashboard. The quickest resolution would be to submit a ticket by clicking the orange Get Help button in the top right of the page.
