Bought course in other acount

Hello,

By mistake I bought a course and a certification in the wrong account. I wanted to buy it for the email formacion@innovation.es and I bought it with bmjover@gmail.com. Is there a way to move the course and the exam to the other account? I’ve already opened ticket but is important so I need to know the answer fast. Thank you! The ticket code is SUPPORT-14286

Unfortunately, we will not be able to automatically move the course and exam to other accounts, but what through our support ticket what they could do is provide a refund, where you can log into the desired account and purchase the same exam.
