Hi @KEJUN_XU sorry for the time it’s taking to resolve this. After the holidays our training team was slammed with a lot of tickets, and yesterday was a holiday here in the US, let’s hope to get this addressed this week. I’ll see if there’s anything I can do to get some additional help here, but I do know our training team is aware of this issue, I’ll try to reach out to the training team again.
